1. Purpose
This Change Request Agreement (“Change Request”) documents changes to the scope, deliverables, fees, timeline or other terms of an existing Statement of Work (“SOW”) between NYRIC-AI and the Client.
This Change Request is subject to the terms of the applicable NYRIC-AI Client Service Agreement and the original SOW. In the event of a conflict, the most recently approved document will control with respect to the specific matters addressed in this Change Request.

Except as expressly modified by this Change Request, all terms, conditions, deliverables, fees and timelines in the original SOW remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
This Change Request does not supersede the original SOW. It supplements and modifies the original SOW only to the extent expressly stated herein.
13. No Work Before Approval
NYRIC-AI is not required to begin any additional work described in this Change Request until this Change Request has been approved in writing by both Parties.
Verbal requests, informal messages, casual discussions or preliminary analysis do not constitute approval of a Change Request.
Work performed before written approval will not be compensated under this Change Request unless separately agreed in writing.
14. Approval
By signing below, both Parties agree to the changes, additional fees, revised timeline and other terms outlined in this Change Request Agreement.
